Church Conference 2023
John Wesley Church Family,
The first inaugural church conference, held on Sunday, May 21 at John Wesley Methodist Church, was a resounding success as we celebrated the mission and ministry of our church. The conference witnessed significant moments, including the confirmation of eight students, the baptism of four students, and a rededication of baptism. Additionally, we voted to approve the new Core Leadership Team slate for 2023 to 2024, ensuring a strong foundation for the coming year. The event was further enhanced by a captivating celebration video that showcased a year in review, allowing us to reflect on the journey we've undertaken together.
The conference reviewed the 2022-23 financials and the 2023 Operating Budget. And fully approved the 2023-24 Ministry Teams. The conference also provided a meaningful space for worship, where we earnestly sought the presence of God and allowed the Holy Spirit to touch our hearts.
