2024-25 JW GOALS
Four strategic goals for John Wesley Methodist Church (JWMC) in 2024-25 that align with our core values, mission, and vision. These goals are designed to leverage our existing strengths and address the emerging needs of our community, impacting our mission of connecting people to Jesus and our vision of being a vibrant neighborhood church.
This year has brought growth both in quantity and quality as we have strengthened the connection between our church and school. As more families join our church through the doorway of our school, our Mom Co. ministry continues to grow in number. Mothers of preschool and elementary-aged children are finding deep connections and meaningful support during this season of life.
The JW Christian School has expanded to include students up to 2nd grade, with a goal of adding 3rd grade in the fall of 2025.

As our church continues to serve a large number of members and guests who are living in the last third of their lives, we remain committed to cultivating new leaders for the future of the church. Some of our key and growing ministries have discovered vibrant leadership from members of the younger generations. Our kids’ and student ministries continue to be havens of love and spiritual growth for those in the first third of life.
We are blessed to welcome new members into our community, and as each person finds their place of ministry, our church experiences fresh blessings. Our Guest Services and local outreach ministries, in particular, have been strengthened by the contributions of many of our new members.
